Vincent van Gogh lived out his struggling life as an artist mostly in solitude, not accepted well by the world.

Paul Gauguin was a friend who appreciated his talent, and the two influenced each other, producing many works.

No matter how great an artist is, life would be empty without love and friendship.

Van Gogh didn‘t give up his style and complete it despite his poverty, mental distress, and total regard.

We hope his fierce but devoted life will give a lot of courage and comfort to our challenges.
