2025년 8월 31일, 국내외 팬들과 진심 어린 소통을 이어온 ‘퍼플키스(PURPLE KISS)’가 영어 첫 앨범 [OUR NOW]를 선보인다.

이번 앨범 [OUR NOW]는 지난 7월 발매된 [I Miss My…]의 연장선 위에서, ‘행복’이라는 주제를 한층 더 깊이 확장한다.
내면을 헤엄치며 찾던 개인의 행복을 넘어, 이제는 서로의 눈을 마주하고 말로 다 표현할 수 없는 감정을 함께 나누는 순간으로 향한다. 어떠한 목적이나 조건이 아닌, 순수한 인격체로서 서로가 진심으로 만나 마음을 건네며 피어나는 행복을 앨범에 담았다. 이제는 눈빛만으로도 감정과 이야기를 나눌 수 있는 지금의 우리를 담아낸 이번 앨범은, 어떠한 상황 속에서도 서로가 서로의 삶의 의미이자 행복이 되어주길 바라는 마음이 깊게 스며 있다.

[OUR NOW]는 데뷔 이후 처음으로 더블 타이틀을 수록, 다른 분위기의 두 타이틀 곡을 통해 앨범의 완성도를 높였다.
첫 번째 트랙 ‘DOREMI -English ver.-’는 도레미를 단순한 음계가 아닌, 사랑을 만들어내는 마법의 주문으로 풀어내며 한국어 가사의 번안이 아닌 새로운 내용이 전개된다. 또한 두 번째 트랙 ‘WANT U BACK’은 끝내 놓을 수 없는 사랑을 이야기하며, 이끌림을 거부할 수 없는 마음을 노래한다.

퍼플키스(PURPLE KISS)는 지난 싱글 2집 앨범과 유사한 형태로 로고 모션을 통해 ‘행복’에 대한 질문을 던지며 [I Miss My…] 연장선임을 암시했다. 이후 개인의 이야기를 담아낸 첫 번째 티저와 ‘우리’로서의 순간을 그려낸 두 번째 티저를 차례대로 공개해 기대를 높였고, 마지막으로 공개된 뮤직비디오에서 퍼플키스가 전하고자 하는 행복의 의미를 더욱 선명하게 드러냈다. 티저에서 뮤직비디오까지의 여정을 따라가다 보면, 그들의 이야기를 한층 더 깊이 공감할 수 있을 것이다.

이 외에도 매혹적인 스트링 편곡과 강렬한 808 베이스 트랩 비트가 어우러져 강렬함과 감성의 깊이를 보여주는 ‘Unhappily Ever After’와 퍼플키스(PURPLE KISS)의 다채로운 매력이 돋보이는 기존 타이틀 곡의 번안곡 5곡(‘Ponzona -English ver.-‘, ‘Zombie -English ver.-‘, ‘memeM -English ver.-‘, ‘Sweet Juice -English ver.-‘, ‘7HEAVEN -English ver.-‘)까지 총 8곡이 수록되었다.
